The villa, built built in the ’30s, has been renovated for about 10 years, followed by a careful modernization of the equipment carried out annually by the owner. Is built on two floors: the B&B single and double guest rooms are situated on the first floor.
All the rooms are large and with bathrooms en suite, air conditioning, wi-fi stereo and cabled TV, hair-dryer. The rooms are cleaned daily. Bed and Bath-linen are changed weekly.
